Overall bad customer servicce

I've been using numerous cubesmarts for a couple of years and just had NUMEROUS rooms broken into and took huge losses. Cubesmart will tell you that it's secure because they don't have 24-hour access. Yet the thieves were there during those hours for hours without any type of security to prevent. No alarms. No sensors. Minimal cameras with no one monitoring. There is no security. A week and still waiting for a call from the district manager. Poor personnel leads to poor protection. Try elsewhere or end up like me. Huge losses and not even a call..... Oh, I almost forgot - no force of entry either. Be smart and don't use these cubes or be dumbcube like me. It's like an invitation for thieves with this company.

The place was impeccable clean ! Staff was helpful and it felt safe n secure . I could no longer afford unit , due to increase , however. If I needed to use a storage unit again , I would def come back , and def reccomned
