CubeSmart Self Storage

Jesus the guy at the front desk that helped me the day I checked in was wonderful kind uobeat and knew every answer to whatever questions I asked BUT, Unfortunately...the following day I spoke to a girl named Jay letting her know I was referring her to a boutique retail owner that wanted to switch from Westy's to CubeSmart and because of her poor customer service skills, lost a very good potential customer. I love this CubeSmart, but after speaking with Jay, I knew CubeSmart wouldn't land the huge sale with the couple I referred them too. She sounded lethargic and LAZY, TIRED 'OF HER JOB TYPE' and the people that I referred said the same thing and it was a huge turn off to them. I told them I was sorry they had that experience and knew that they would of switched if Jesus was working...'Jay' needs to be 'retrained' or let go.

No trash bins and they lock the bathrooms. Hard to get a hold of anyone in that office. but they are secure and the people on their customer service line are always nice even though they can’t really help with anything.

I received great service from Gesus. He was extremely helpful and very pleasant to deal with.
