Naim was great help today finding me the prefect unit for my stuff and at a good price thank you so much sir very professional

When I went to Bayonne to drop things off to my unit, both elevators were broken. I had to walk around the side of the building after it has snowed and rained. The parking lot was covered in ice. I then carried what I could up 3 flights of stairs. Some items were too heavy and stayed in the car, wasting my one hour drive to my unit. When I went to talk to an employee in the office, the door was locked as they must have been out for lunch. I waited and they came back. They gave me a number to complain to corporate. I left a message with their rep 1 month ago, and I still have not heard back.

Horrible place started out at $200 and went to $400 in 2 years, the staff are extremely rude vile people

I changed my review, this place has changed alot. Elevator not working, doors open very slow, there are also signs posted on the door that you can be fined if you hold the doors for a long period. The place looks a bit run down. I think for the amount of money customers pay the place should be in better shape. Few carts also.
