So I gave been with cubsmart for a couple of years and when I brought to there attention that they may have rats they didn't believe me, matter of fact she actually went back an forth with me which made me furious. I came to you with a concern and you dismissed it. Now I am looking for some where else to store my stuff.
I am also in customer Service and I strive on Excellence and I have an acronym that we strive off of.

I put the wrong location b4, Brianne is the best I have a review about her on Clifton and didn’t notice it, this person is so special she do anything to make the costumer happy, today I was there and no car available and she was doing anything posible to help me. Please this women need a manager position! If I go to this place and she’s not there i really don’t want to b there! BRIANNE plz never change that smile keep in mind u the best on that place ?
I brought to there attention about the have mice or rats, she asked me if I have food in there I said no because, obviously if you have food then you will see some pest activity. She didn't apologize because I have been here for over 3 years and this is my first experience with mice or rats. You should really look into this. It's a problem and if you can't take the time to speak with your customers shame on you. This is not how you build relationships.
