Unit has been burglarized twice. After the first incident (which a large number of units were broken into) I was given a whole 1 month free and a guarantee that security cameras would be installed. They were not installed.

Edit: with all due respect the time for you to react and resolve these issues were back in June after the first incident when over 50 units were burglarized and you had guaranteed customers that security cameras would be installed. They weren’t and it happened again. Responding to a negative review after the fact does nothing but to show that you want to take the cheapest reactive solution rather than being proactive. I’ve already initiated canceling, and have emptied my unit. I’ll keep the lock on it until the end of the month because you will not prorate me for the balance of the month and I’m not going to allow you to double dip on profits by renting out the unit to another sucker this month.

Edit2: also claiming that you strive to keep a clean environment is ludicrous. As I was emptying my unit yesterday I found boxes eaten through by rodents and nearly everything covered is rodent feces and urine.

The staff was extremely helpful and it was very easy and convenient to use the unit.

Great customer service, no protocols, fast and easy, and obviously the price, keep it that way, be there for the customer.as always.
