I wish that I could give NO STARS! This place is disgusting! I housed my property here foer the past 4-5 months & NOW I have to remove it all just to relocate it due to an infestation of mice!! I had opened my unit and the stench of mice urine and feces was EVERYWHERE!! There was a dead mouse laying in the isle & when I told the front desk of the damages, & dead mouse, the woman was EXTREMELY nonchalant about it. 'Yeah, we know, it's from the door being left open or units with rice in them.' IS what she told me. My unit had NO food inside, and I opened the gate and saw mice jumping out of open top items onto my furniture (cloth) mattresses etc. I have had to dispose of Multiple items shoes, clothes, mattresses, etc due to this unsanitary situation. My husband watched them literally running from unit to unit. There hasn't been any compensation for my damaged items not even my bill reduced. Oh yeah the woman did give me sticky traps to place in my unit...????

The worst place ever. Prices go up more than $20 a year. Every year. Broken elevators a lot. Sometimes the gate is wide open.
Also they disappear all the time so the front office always say.. we will be right back. Maybe hire some more help to stay within your opening hours and not change the damn sign every hour to step away to show units. Manager should know how to make a schedule with employees.

Mices have damaged my property. The amount of mice droppings in my unit tells me there is an infestation. I have stored my items for almost 2 years and have NEVER experienced this until the last few months. Something must be done. Compensation for items. Free month. It disgusting and I have a fear of mice. Do not put your items here. They chewed up
