There was an issue I had with the storage space. I called corporate and spoke to Matt. He listened to my concerns and went out of his way to help me. He followed through with me, and was extremely helpful. I’m so impressed with CubeSmart. I will refer everyone to them. CubeSmart is amazing!!

Matt and Eleanor are two amazing people and are a credit to your organization (yes, I know they were there prior to you taking over) and easily deserve 5 stars. However, prices are pretty high and you get an extra charge for paying online vs. in person. Hense, the 4 stars
