CubeSmart Self Storage

If it's close to you and you are only staying a short while, it's a great facility with very nice people. On the other hand, the prices come from the corporate office and their rates go up quickly and steeply. As a long term renter, it stinks to have to move but I am saving over 25% by going elsewhere

Very happy renting here. The workers are always super kind and go above and beyond when I have needed help. Tons of space and feel safe and comfortable when inside. The only thing I could reccomend is having a top to the storage spaces on the 2nd floor. On the first floor the top of the cubes are close enough to the ceiling so no one can possibly climb over and enter someone else's cube. On the 2nd floor there is no ceiling directly above the cubes. However there is a chicken wire fencing over them, which doesn't seem too protective from someone wanting to enter your cube. Most walkways are on camera so the front sees movement but still...

i feel that CubeSmart has a few rules to follow that makes the office unwelcoming such as no decor or plants in the office area. just so generic!

Im only giving 5 stars for Matt and Eleanor, 2 of tge nicest people you'll ever meet. They always have the answer to any question you might have. I'm not happy about the payment options they have. You can't pay partial payments online like before. They can't take payments over the phone. This is very inconvenient. They charge a service fee for any other payment except in person.

I don’t want to hurt the stars based on one persons action facility is clean and well maintained. Matt and Elenor are great people very nice and wonderful to work with. My only complaint is when cube smart took over they had a training manager Roberta that was giving my disabled wife issues with using the front door and was not very nice. My wife called corporate office (hardest number to find by the way). District manager understood the situation of the only handicap parking spots were in the front where we were told by Roberta “we no longer could enter from” meaning my wife would have to walk to the side of the build (has a foot injury) which is on a hill.
