I love that facility, very convenient, impeccable clean and best thing is their outstanding customer service team, honestly i was not into signing but the way i was treated was my decision making right on the spot. It’s amazing facility with very helpful staff.
However the app is not working to open the gate, since last 4 months now and the main gate is broken and hence open all the time with is a serious safety concern.
Also it increases the monthly rent after every few months which is very disappointing and discouraging.

Luis and Roberto were great. Fast, efficient and courteous service. And they made sure I got the lowest price. Five stars.
