Jon was awesome! Super patient! We were loud and wrong today, we couldn’t get in touch with our contact person from our East Hanover location, but when we called Jon, he stepped in and helped us get assistance. He was kind, helpful, informative, and most importantly patient. He called back with more answers and even checked in to make sure our problem was resolved. Highly recommend him for best customer service award!
