Thought it would be good place but too many issues which could have easily solved.
To make more money they are forcing customer not to use their existing locks and started selling proprietary locks which is completely useless outside of cube smart.
The app to open gate not working over a month still not fixed. There is never any cart to move item 2nd floor.
The truck that customer can rent once they could not find key when I needed.

15% year over year rate increase for existing customers, almost double the new customer rate. When speaking to the manager about my concerns with this large increase I was told to pay it or vacate. I understand raising rates to keep up with inflation but this is dishonest and taking advantage of existing customers.
