Two things that were annoying. First - I did leave a perfectly good rocking chair that I couldn’t fit outside hoping one of the many people who sell things at the nearby flea market would pick it up. So that was my bad assuming someone would grab it. Anyway, I went out of town and they called me and wanted me to come back to get the chair that day. After me trying to explain that I was hours away and them not letting up, I finally said, I’m not going to do that. They finally relented and said they would trash it.

The second is that I was pushed a week out for a moving date. They wouldn’t budge on prorating.

My suggestion is to go across the street to ExtraSpace. They are always nice and helpful. I had two units, one in each, so the comparison is real life.
