CubeSmart Self Storage

Cubesmart has predatory business practices. They will hike your rates by 30% every 6 months. The front gate has been turned off and left open for the last 3 months, meaning that the lot is not secured and anyone can drive right in any time of day or night. When I visited the office to close my account I was greeted with a 'we'll be back by 12:30' sign, at 12:35. I had to leave and return later. When I did, I was greeted by another sign, this time 'we'll be back by 2:45'. When the 'manager' finally arrived he claimed that he was just getting back from his lunch.. Poorly managed, not secured, and the business is effectively run from afar by the corporate offices. On-site 'management' is little more than a babysitter for the property.
