Terrible company, expect rate increases (about 15-20 percent) every 4-6 months. Spoke to district manager, was disrespectful and implied that I was in the wrong for him and his employees telling me rate changes usually happen once a year. I’ve been in this unit for under a year I went from paying $93 all the way up to $143. The district manager did not appear to care about the situation at all but instead seemed like he wanted to get off the phone. The staff at the facility are good people, just not the district manager (Tony).
