Unit is clean and the facility is pleasant. Check in was painless.

Too expensive over the years. Icy hole in front of my unit never filled - offered me another unit instead but I had to move myself. Not easy for an older single woman. I had to report a light out across from my unit to get it repaired. No photos to post - I am already out if there.

They lowball you to get you in and regularly increase your rates. My rental rates increased by 300% over 3 years. They lost me because they got greedy.

The local manager, Arnold, at Brick, NJ is a great guy who provides excellent customer service.
