Raising the prices for smallest unit for no reason have been less then 6 month of renting… price for that unit still same at the website, doesn’t answer emails, overall unprofessional, look somewhere else pls

Unfortunately I had a bad experience today. I went there twice, door was locked. I called and someone come to open it. Was a nasty, mean and rude guy. I don't know his name. When he opened the door, he said, I was in a meeting! Well, if you want to do business, you should have someone taking care of customers. So, I asked about 5×5 storage unit, he was rude. He showed me the unit and said that was a promotion! On their website the price was much lower than the price he told me. Anyway, I walked out and will never go back there. If I could, I would give than a O stars ???
