John was patient with explaining options available and the operation of the facility; and access to chosen storage unit.

The person that helped me was Andrew, funny how we had the same name, but came to get a unit real quick cause im moving in two weeks didn't want to be in there long and i wasnt. Andrew showed me two units and i had purchase the second one he should me and we did this all in 15 mins. All i am going to say cubesmart its hard to find good workers that make you feel good and welcome to buy something. Thank you so much Andrew i appreciate it.

Do not rent anything from here. They raise the rent anytime they want. I got charged twice in 1 year. They raised it to 300 when I was paying 230 so I was told to move to a different unit which I did, and 4 months later they raised it again to 292. Please don’t let them rip you off

Customer service was amazing. Seneca was super helpful and knowledgeable. Smooth transaction.
The facility is super clean but I wish there was a way to have the entrance doors stay open while entering with stuff to store.

Edit:
Had to close my unit due to random increases in rent charge. When I asked the front desk rep why this was happening, his response was 'because they can do that'. I kept my DJ equipment there which some of my equipment was damaged due to the platform dollies having damaged wheels which made my equipment fall off. When I moved my stuff out, I found multiple dead roaches(definitely not from my stuff as I'm super clean). Overall, I wouldn't advise to keep your stuff here for longer than a month tops. Your rent will almost triple in less than 6 months!!
