Horrible customer service, call for days and no response leave voicemails no answer, always out of the office for some reason, have to leave work early to personally go down there to talk to an employee also raised the monthly rate without notice, at this point any employee from CubeSmart-Piscataway please contact me if you see this review!

They raised my rent by 30% less than six months after I moved in. They only offer month-to-month options—no 12-month lease options. Do not recommend.

Daniel was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond and took his time to walk us around to show us different size units to ensure we picked the correct one. He was alone and gave every customer that walked in the attention they needed to ensure their needs were met. Excellent customer service skills.
