The customer service in Jefferson Valley is 5 star! Thank you Aritha! But raising my monthly cost 30% after 6 months was unreasonable, therefore I left. I only post this for the next person. Rate increase is not on an annual basis. I was disappointed and left for another facility where I locked in an annual rate.

Staff at this location was wonderful and very helpful.
I even left some items outside the unit one night and they called me to let me know. They held the items for me until the next day.
The units at this location are clean and well maintained.

Aretha and Ncholas are get. They got me a storage unit for my needs and they are very friendly and helpful anytime I go there. Great people!
