Terrible service from corporate level, signed contract and they didnt honor free month as stated. Manager at facility was shocked but the women supervisor said no regardless off email with 40% and free month given. Speaking with attorneys about them not honoring the contract that was signed . They wouldn’t even give their company info for legal paperwork but was told to serve the current acting storage manager who knew they were wrong and signed and witnessed the offer. Use another storage facility, cube smart has others that are not operated under these people .They are corporate thieves trying to rip honest people off. It seems to be the one women supervisor above the facility manager that making all the rules

The person that I spoke with did everything to help me get the best option and the best deal.
