My favorite part was the people that help me sign up for the front desk people it was a gentleman I forgot his name and the lady I believe maybe it was Cathie but they both were exceptional encouraging. I was going through transitioning as a United States veteran from homelessness and I was in the shelter and I need to put my stuff in the safe place Safe help me get reasonable prices that I can afford every time I need something or a problem with an issue to work how to use the facility education on the rules and regulations they were exceptional To get accommodations I hope they get accommodations

I had a mold and mildew infestation in my unit at the Cordlandt CubeSmart. The facility is advertised as temperature controlled, but this only applies when people do not prop the doors open and then leave them that way, which happens all the time. The humid air comes in, hits the cold surfaces indoors, and condensation forms. My sprinler pipe was covered in mold, the ceiling was peppered with mold spots, and the walls had drip marks on them. The staff showed no concern about this and just recommended I file an insurance claim. I have lost thousands of dollars worth of my belongings. I have rented storage units at three other facilities in the area and never had this problem. CubeSmart is the worst.

The staff are great. It’s clean, secure. No issues. I have been there for 4+ years, maybe more. But they continuously raise the rent so it eventually became unaffordable. I moved to another facility. Same size, much cheaper.
