CubeSmart Self Storage

As others have said, the initial price is fine, but after a couple of months they start hitting you with rate increase after rate increase. My latest one for a 10x10 climate control went to almost $500 per month. I started calling around and found a spot down the road for $180 per month (10x10 and climate controlled). Please tell me how you can justify pricing when your competition is demonstratively lower? I did speak to the district Manager and the 'best they could do' was lower it to $415 a month, which doesn't help because they refuse to lock you into a rate, so in another couple of months, it'll climb right back. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

Great place. Sally is always very helpful, friendly and got me set up in no time. Convenient location as well. Highly recommended.
