My request for a unit was responded to within a few hours. Thus far it is excellent. Sally, the manager was very helpful, courteous and kind I had many questions which she answered with patience.

Both Sally and Nicholas are friendly and professional.

I love this facility. Hands down,the best for any of your storage needs. Weather your in-between moves,or you just need to store extra house hold items,this is your place. Sally (the awesome store manager),is the best. I've been in this location for 8 years now. Over those years,my storage needs have changed,and Sally has always helped me choose what best suits my needs at that moment. She also has a rock solid team ,that works with her. Location is also key,this place is easy on,easy off the highway, and down the block from lowes,and B.J.s. Hours are very convenient, and most importantly, I feel safe with my items stored here.
