Friendly staff, excellent opening times.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY. Updated September 2024, 7 months later… We moved all our daughter’s belongings out early September. Upon unpacking we found much mold on most of her clothes, furniture and other items. We had to throw out a lot including a sectional, mattress, bookshelf, bedding etc. There were spiders and webs on her piano as well as mold! We tried to salvage some clothing and spent $500 on dry cleaning. Total loss was over $3000. Smell of mold was very strong the week of moving out in the facility. We have had heavy rains in recent months which likely contributed to this. Spider webs were apparent above the unit. We tried an insurance claim but the policy with Cubesmart does not cover loss due to mold or mildew! CLEARLY THIS IS A COMMON OCCURRENCE.

I would NOT recommend this storage facility under any circumstances. Dimly lit units + moisture only help spread mold. In hindsight there was some water puddles outside the unit in the corridor due to a spill or leak or something and we did not pay much attention when moving stuff into the unit.

And you think you are getting a good rate but it’s not locked in, and then the charges increase considerably.

In Feb 2024 - Professional and courteous staff at this location. The manager was extremely helpful and offered suggestions when we visited the property to look at size of storage unit. Clean.

This storage is the best location for me, because it has a 24 hr access to the loading dock Incase shipment is late, I can unload late at night. This storage is awesome because I can drop off my kid at school which is located on the next ave and be at storage within mins. This storage is in a nice , quiet location, not a busy street, a lot of parking, a gas station next door, fill up the tank and get on the main st and head to the parkway, there’s a park, hotel, gym, a brewery, pet day care, church near the facility. Mike was the one who registered my rental but now Jessie and Naja covers the desk. They are cool, polite , kind , friendly staff. They will do their best to accommodate customers interest.

I used them again in 2024 and again, everything worked out great. Nicolas was fantastic at front desk.
