Are very friendly and helpful, this place is very clean and I feel very safe even late at night. Is climate control, once in a while the second floor feels warmer then downstairs. I find their prices Reasonable.this is in Tappan NY on 303

Respect and safety this storage very clean

After our unit was flooded from a roof leak, the owners said we would be compensated and then dragged their feet. When finally pushed they used some loophole to avoid compensating us. Not even a credit for some months rent. And then when we cleared out on the last day of the month, they charged another month because it was after 5pm when the office staff left. And we had eight units! There are nearby facilities with owners are more honorable than these crooks.

Very helpful and clear service when renting a storage space.
