Place is clean and seams safe but the price increase has been ridiculous

Definitely invest in some moth balls if you plan to store any clothing here. The place is infested with moths. Other than that one issue, the place is very clean.

CubeSmart in Jerchio is really the best! This is my first time purchasing a storage unit ever and I was a bit confused on what I was looking for during my situation. As soon as I walked in Tiarres was there to help! She gave me all the resources and information I needed in order to find the right storage unit for me. She was able to
give me resources of the moving company that CubeSmart associates with that helped me moved my boxes fast and efficient. I’m not sure if other storage unit companies do this, but CubeSmart constantly have promotional sales and I so happen to be lucky when purchasing my unit that day. Without her help I wouldn’t have been able to get my boxes stored. Thank you CubSmart and Tiarres for your amazing service!

Great, clean facility! Lenny was amazing! There was an issue with my cell number, and she quickly figured it out. She was able to seamlessly assist 5 customers in the office, in addition to others on the phone. She was welcoming, knowledgeable and personable. Also liked that she kept checking in on me, as I moved in and out the building. Looking forward to seeing her when I return!
