The older gentleman was very helpful but there were NEVER any carts to transport your belongings...

The customer service is great when I went to visit! The unit was spacious and clean. The temperature upstairs in the building is controlled and perfect for storage. And I love the fact that you can get a truck from them to move in. Eddie in the office is also wonderful, he helped me whenever I needed any help with my unit.

Great service by the staff & Hours of storage Facility are really convenient.

Overpriced for loyal customers and rates increase every 6 months if not less (rate went from $212 to $280 in <1 yr)...why can't we get the same deals as new folks? 50 sq ft, not climate controlled and not first floor (considered 'prime') for almost $300/mo, RIDICULOUS! Can't wait to get stuff out of there and into a reasonably priced location. And oh, note that the 'new' late fee is apparently 20% of your monthly cost, which they said notice was mailed to all customers but we didn't get it. Correspondence from them is rare so it's definitely noticed and more so because it's always about a rate increase, so you pay more attention! Further, I don't like some of the customer service there; we had our first late payment in 8 years and when I asked for a late fee waiver (simply b/c as a loyal customer I felt I deserved it!), the guy was condescending and started telling me about the late fee and how we were notified of the increase (not true), that they had proof of notice being mailed (what proof?; I get emails of what's coming in my mail, so I actually have proof of not getting it!), that many have asked for a waiver since the late fee increased, etc., and that they'll be nice this 1 time and grant it, etc etc, as if ALL the thousands paid in 8 years didn't easily make up for it! As if once you put stuff in storage they have to consistently do stuff to maintain it necessitating high costs; as if it costs them something when you're a few days late that warrants a late fee (if they put a lock on a unit it's one that's reused over and over, soooo...) Ughhh.....okay, vent over!
