friend has a unit here... the one back door has been broken for well over a month. And these people have the NERVE to keep raising their prices... Total scam. How do you ask all these units for more money and NOT fix HALF of your available doors. And its bullcrap to try and use the excuse of the holidays. Im sure there are enough door companies that can fix whatever is wrong even thru the holidays.
