I went In to confirm my reservation and the rep Natalie canceled it and when she went to retrieve it then told me oh your unit went up in price. So bc of her employee error I was unable to get my reservation back and she said she spoke with the DM who she would not give a name but corporate gave me the name no problem Shay Azoula agreed with her in not honoring my reservation bc people who I referred are there who received promotions so I cannot get a promotion for my own unit bc other people have them. Very unprofessional here and don’t know what they are doing here as far as their job. I will be contacting corporate and making a complaint and getting this taken care of.

Rates get raised at least twice a year without any increase in services. And good luck in finding a cart. People steal them (shame on them!) and they are never replaced. Only 4 carts for a huge storage building (most people use 2 at a time). Waited many times for someone to finish up.

They were great. Very convenient and my unit is on the outside you drive right up to it at an affordable price. I woulda gave them 5 stars however after a few months my rent increased significantly not cool. I feel trapped cause I don't wanna lose my drive up access!
