Janelle was extremely helpful and very polite had planty of patience with my husband who was opening a storage unit on 2/20/25 and she was also able to answer every ? That was asked but did so with a smile and courtesy

Janelle was wonderful. She greets you with a friendly smile and is very knowledgeable. She answered all my questions without hesitation. As far as the unit it was clean and very accessible. I gave 5 stars for cleanliness,ease of use and friendliness.
