Your representative Lied to me an caused me much financial, physical & mental distress's by telling me when i signed up that i could bring my POD there an empty it to my locker. Then when the time came He Stated the POD HAD TO be REMOVED the same Day which was Impossible!!!
Thus causing me financial difficulties!
I had to find another Facility and MOVE ALL MY Belongings MYSELF CAUSING Me SEVERE PHYSICALLY PAIN & Injury!!! Absolutely DISGUSTING the handling of my situation YOUR REPRESENTATIVE CAUSED HAD HE BEEN UP FRONT & HONEST BEFORE I SIGNED THE CONTRACT! APPALLING & HEINOUS!!!!!!!

If you need a storage unit Cubesmart is the place to go! I have two units with Cube Smart. James and Mike make the process very easy and are extremely helpful. They always go above and beyond to help you!

The facility is very clean and secure and being in alarm business I find it a relief. The manager Mike was extremely helpful for entire process
