CubeSmart Self Storage

Went to help a friend move there stuff into a unit. Great service, super friendly, super clean building!
I do wish the cell service was better or the WiFi was stronger.. I couldn't use my phone while I was there. Overall super great experience for self storage though

The facility decided to raise my rate $30 for no reason. I called to speak to someone about it and he acted like I was bothering him. When asked for a phone number to corporate to someone, he gave me a number that you cannot even get ahold of a real person. On top of that this facility has people living there!! I let them know in February and they are still there!! Horrible customer service. One of the roll up doors has been broken 9 out of the 12 months I was renting. Extremely inconvenient. Porter potty indoors with no ventilation.
