When they say prices are subject to change they were not kidding. My storage space went up over $100 in a matter of months initially and increased to over $500 in less than 18 months. When we first got the unit (an interior space), we were proactive against rodents and insects by putting down glue boards, diatomaceous earth and rodent repellent. Within 3 months a roach was on the glue board together with an assortment of spiders, crickets and other insects we couldn’t identify. For 2 years the same rodent trap was kicked around by the entry door. We often stopped in to find the exterior door open or ajar, allowing bugs and rodents easy entry. When we were leaving, a glue board in the back of the unit had an additional roach, beatles and a mouse. I could have thrown up. The driveway had craters in it and are falling apart for the whole time we rented the unit yet they had the funds to add additional storage spaces. If you have to store stuff do like we did and be sure everything is in tight sealed storage bins. This place sure wasn’t worth $462 a month that we were charged.
