CubeSmart Self Storage

I started renting with CubeSmart in September 2020. I had two units and I paid $300.95 per month. Fast forward the June 2024 and I'm now paying $584.00. That is an increase of 48% in just 3 years 9 months! I would have thought CubeSmart would have wanted long-term renters producing guaranteed revenue. I'm obviously wrong!
I also had problems with mildew. It covered my wood and leather furniture and was even found in my stored leather purses. I guess CubeSmart really isn't CLIMATE CONTROLLED!!
If you plan on storing long-term, this is not the place for you!

Do NOT rent from this place! My families furniture now has MOLD ALL OVER IT! And they refuse to take responsibility for it. Even if they don’t, I hope this review can save others from having their items destroyed!!

Signing up for a unit is easy and seamless. Your payments are taken out automatically each month so you never have to worry about forgetting and the facility is clean and spacious. Everything you need is there for you when you come to claim your unit including the lock and keys. I highly recommend them.
