Purchased my unit over the phone, loaded up my kids and furniture into a moving truck just to be locked out of the entire building once I arrive. They give you access code to access the building but the keypads kept saying “out of service” when you enter your code. Once I called customer service, they gave me the runaround saying they will attempt to reach the district manager. After waiting with my truck and kids in 20 degree winter weather, the manager still did not show after waiting for over an hour along with other customers attempting to access their units. They never have anyone on staff during business hours. Good luck trying to even get into your unit. Also, customer service told me straight out there is nothing they can do. Do not waste your time or money. I’m not the only person who had this issue. I would go to the storage facility down the road.
