The unit was a nice size it was clean. However, the manager on duty was less than helpful at the time of rental. The location is very convenient, the inside is a maze - no one showed me where my unit was in addition, was never informed that there are two large gates to open in the rear of the building where my unit was.. I had to unload from the front and carry everything to the rear of the building to my unit. One detail that was very frustrating was that I asked to use the restroom I was then told by the manager on duty that there wasn’t one available??!!… interestingly enough the restroom was just outside the front office. Another item to make note of was the following; when you rent a unit you’re forced to buy an insurance that is totally useless.. Reason is as follows - my unit flooded during a rain storm and the manager (same person) informed me to file a claim which was denied because according to them they do not cover floods??!!!…. A total scam in my opinion, but to the credit of CubeSmart they offered a free month to make up for the damage caused to my items - approximately $800 in damages. Pictures and video were taken by me and the manager. I feel that after several years using CubeSmart this was the first time I was completely disappointed with the service by the employee and the products offered. Consequently, the lock is no locker a normal lock, you have to buy their cylinder to lock the unit - another matter which was frustrating when asked if I could use my previous purchased lock from the CubeSmart in Queens - was told yes and when I returned then I was told I can’t use that one. Very disappointing experience indeed!!!… “caveat emptor”… Good Luck if you choose this particular location.

Easy to set up. Inexpensive pricing. Clean facility. It even has clean restrooms. Well worth the monthly rental. I’m totally impressed.

The guys there were very nice. We had to upgrade our storage when found out how small the one was but they took it all in stride and were fantastic. I’d recommend this place to anyone
