Easy to reserve online, clean, affordable, easy to get in after hours. Received a nice welcome message after reserving a unit. Walkways aren’t super wide, but manageable.

CubeSmart is one of the nicest places to store your stuff here in the 716! They offer incredible service and very reasonable prices. I can definitely recommend them!

This is a brand new facility..the online registration was very easy. Only snag was the directions to open the entrance doors did not explain a Star key , *. first then the code numbers and a pound # sign at the end ..also being brand new units are very clean..

READ REVIEWS BEFORE CHOOSING THIS PLACE! I reserved a unit online and when I attempted to use my code after hours, I was unable to get into my unit. Customer service texting support was no help. They even tried to use my code and stated it wasn't working. Called the the national office the very next day to ask for a refund and was looped back to the young street location where suddenly my code worked after I requested a refund. Apparently, you have to use star and pound that is not listed on the code I was emailed. I am still pending for a refund that I was told probably won't happen. *** edit I'd like to edit my review to add that pound and star werw used at the site on the day I was at the facility. I am not the only review stating they're codes didn't work. Save you're money!!!

Agreement signed, documentation states that my next payment date is next month, and guess what??? Can't gain access. Manager will also call non-stop for verification of things that were handled online. What's the point of completing these things online then.
