I was charged a full first month's rent when in fact there was a huge sign hanging on the building that said first month free and the gentleman opened my unit and took the welcome bag out of the unit and kept it. I am very disappointed in the false advertisement.

Great experience:

-initial phone call was answered immediately
-your team member offered condolences when they found out that the the reason we needed the storage was the loss of my brother
-stayed on the phone while I confirmed access because I needed to access the unit that same day
-assistance accessing the unit when we had an issue.
-unit having a welcome bag inside when we arrived

The place is very very clean. The managment do a great job. I have no complaints with them, they help me when i lost my keys of my storage. The are very kind, thanks for everything.
