Both employees, Cam and Jenna, were great. Very helpful and a pleasure to work with. Very positive example of customer service.

Rented here for almost a year. The level of communication is as horrible. The employees and management were rude. I was advised I had a certain day to make my payment (it was late) and when I advised I’d be making the payment they’d already sold off my unit and then all of my PERSONAL PAPERWORK including my social security, birth certificate, degrees, etc were given to the buyer which is against the law! I was then advised with a snooty response that there’s nothing they can do about it when in fact, now we have to worry about our identity being stolen. They lied and just wanted extra money. Plus, the additional fees they charged were ridiculous .

Employee was extremely helpful. She took me on a tour to see what space worked best for me, cleaned the space and explained things well.

Loved this storage unit and company! Had it for 6 years and will def use again if ever needed! Customer service on top tier and very helpful. Highly recommend!

Received a call about a survey I put in before . I was incorrect about the code not working. I assumed it wouldn’t work as it was a long code and I’m used to a 4 number code. I apologize.
