Nick was very professional and truly cared about the customer. We have been thoroughly pleased with Cube Smart.

It was a great experience from the start the manager was wonderful and did a great job show me the unit He's very knowledgeable he did a great job I got a 10 by 10 unit I was in and out quick he's on top of his game he's well experienced I give him a five stars it's all the rentals out there what is a lot of snotty people he was very professional respectful and knowledgeable from the start to the end I'm going to give him an extra 5 stars that's a total of 10 Stars

Nick and Diane were extremely helpful with all the paperwork and storage needs. This my first time using Cube Smart. So far it has been the best storage rental I have used in my 20.years of renting small storage spaces.

Had a bit of trouble getting into the storage unit because I had the symbols backwards (didn't realize this until after I got help), but I think it was Nick who had come out and helped me get the code put in correctly to get me and the rest of my coworkers into our storage unit!

The customer service in the main office is very good, very accommodating and friendly.
