Never ever recommend spent over 3,000 for 2 units for 10 months and came back to find 1700$ in items ruined by black mold and they will not cover or assist with anything, I paid events to have my stuff safe and it absolutely wasn’t, extremely unhappy about this situation their insurance I paid extra for also denied helping me, now my kids have a lot of items that they can’t have anymore because I won’t subject my children to mold. Absolutely ridiculous that they won’t do anything
But say we are sorry.
