Rented a storage unit from Jeanie Cox. She was extremely helpful and nice answering any questions that we had about the rental and unit. When showing us our unit she explained everything from how to get into the facility to where we could get the carts to help us load/unload our items to where the bathroom was if needed. Would highly recommend this storage facility and if Jeanie is there to help it’s an added bonus!

Very professional, customer focused team. They were more concerned that I had the right space and the right information than they were about getting my money. It was a nice experience.

This is the second time I have rented at this location in Langhorne. The first time was for many years and I never remember the rent going up as drastically as it did the second time around. I began renting again in October 2024 and by January 2025 the rent went up by $40 per month. I called the manager and was told they would check with corporate about lowering it and would call me back. I never received a call back and I have left another message. It’s disheartening. I have all of my stuff in place and it would be difficult to move it again. I budgeted based on the rate I received when I signed up never expecting it would increase this high in the first year and I was told it could go up again. I guess I did not read the fine print where it’s says the initial offers are subject to change frequently and on the whim of corporate. It’s a great facility but buyer beware-the rates are going to be variable so if you are planning to stay for awhile you are at their mercy.
