Veronica is super friendly and very helpful.

So far, so good. Only wish there was a light in the unit so I can see. Appreciate the first month free as my previous unit at extra space made me move bc they needed to use the electrical box in my unit turns out the switch didn't even work. ?

Horrible customer service. Veronica is about as unprofessional as they come. She hung up on me 3 times as soon as I provided my name. She lied and said we paid by check so she could only return my money by a mailed check. After having a housefire causing my family to be displaced for months, this is the last thing we needed on top of everything else we are going through. I wish I could give a score below 1 star.
