I like the place very much. But your prices are too high. And everything I look you keep raising the price. I started at $89.00 monthly in 2 years it up to $ 142.00. Causing me to consider to move out and start at another place for a much cheaper price.

Facility is bright and clean. Ashley was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. She is quite the asset!!!

After less than 6mo they sent a paper notice to my former address (not the updated address I provided them) alerting me to a 40% price increase at the 6mo mark. After seeing the increase, I had to call them and raise the issue / they reduced the up-charged rate a little, but it was still 29% more per month. After another 6mo, my rate raised my rate again by another 22%. I left because they had me paying nearly double what they started me at 18mo ago. If you don’t want bait-n-switch pricing, go elsewhere. Also the advertised rate for my unit is STILL the original price they lured me in at. Their excuse is “it’s a promotional rate”. But you will not see these higher rates in the sales material.
