CubeSmart Self Storage

Ok overall Cube Smart CS is great. I found cheaper rates THEY were offering and asked if I could get them. Not unless you move your things to a new unit was my answer. I've been there 3 mos and they INCREASED my strg rate $43!!
I cant find a home so now I have to deal with that. Its a large 10x25 unit. Im sorry this is not ok.... At all.

What an awesome experience! Ash and Jo were both amazing to work with. I made my reservation on line and then Ash called to just check in to see if I had any questions. On the drive down from Troy, I called to make sure someone would be there (it was the Friday of a holiday weekend) and Ash assured me that they would be there until 6pm. The place was clean and secure. I guess it would be nice if the area was gated, but you can't get into the storage area without a code. Elevators are spacey and they had at least 4 flat dollies for customers to use. The office area sells boxes, locks and other packing supplies for your convenience.

Excellent service, facilities are clean, accessible from 6AM to 10PM, and very well lit. The fact that the facilities are enclosed will be a godsend in the winter.
