The general manager is absolutely amazing, everything is straightforward and easy! The unit was clean, the welcome bag was a cool touch. I like the security of the facility and location of it as well.

The Rep Angelia was amazing accommodating to not only to me but to every customer that entered into the Willow Grove facility. When I initially had to obtain this storage I was in a terrible space in my head I was a wounded lady, she encouraged me every time I had to enter and had any questions. Truly she helped my spirit and informed me of the best options while renting storage. I spoke to another renter and they said the same answer, it's bad when we have to get storage but when the Rep assists us with our pain that is exceptional. God Bless Angelia and please keep her efforts and consideration for your renters in mind at all times. She deserves a promotion she always offered any help that was available.
