I was given a very thorough and detailed tour of the storage facility, including the unit I was about to rent as well as the elevator and the location of the carts to be able to bring boxes and other items into and out of the unit when necessary. The staff was so friendly and took every opportunity to answer my questions thoroughly. They made the signup process very smooth and handled everything in a very streamlined way.

Easily accessible, always clean. Prices are pretty good.

Price of unit was increased constantly. I ended up paying about double what I started at.

Excellent office personnel. Great facility. This is my second rental in last ten years at this lication.
