CubeSmart Self Storage

I was looking for a storage unit and decided to try cubesmart, and my good friend Jenn showed me a couple of units! She was so kind and helpful with answering all of my questions. I ended up choosing somewhere else, but this cubesmart facility is very clean and the office feels welcoming.

I had a positive check in experience at the Malvern Cube Smart. The manager took care and time to explain how it worked and to show me different options.

2023 Update- I had a good experience at this facility up until they evicted the whole third floor to make room for office space with less than 60 day notice and no “thank you for being a good customer”. They had to have been planning the construction for months and could have given us longer notice and more friendly communications.
