Security was tight, but the rent increases became unbearable, somewhat predatory.

This is my first time ever using this storage service, but I have to say I’m blown away by how clean the units are and how friendly and helpful the staff are. So far I’ve dealt with Nolan mostly. he went above and beyond to help me out one day when I needed it. Chris is the woman that works there and she’s great too

Mason at CubeSmart KoP is simply the best! As personable as he is professional, Mason patiently got my son & I set up w/a new storage unit, thoroughly going over access, availability, etc. He also made sure we took advantage of all available discounts. Mason also keeps a pristine facility. If you got storage needs in the area, this is the place!

Loved that we got our code and didn’t have to check in in person. We arrived after the office closed for it was very convenient to get all the info through an email
