The CubeSmart in KOP is a premier location to store your belongings. The facility is beautiful- super clean, first rate security, well laid out and convenient to everywhere. The team are courteous and so helpful. I used the free truck to help with my move and even the van was well maintained and new. I would highly recommend this facility! It was a wonderful experience doing business with this location.

Had an issue with the code they gave us to access the elevator. It wasn't working, but the front desk attendant assisted me while working to solve the issue.

The building has an unique combo for you to enter, then to access the elevator, you see to enter the combo again. I am not going to lie.. it annoying to have to enter it every time you're moving things in... but looking back, it makes your possessions very secure.

Clean building. Rooms don't match the listed dimensions (as stated in their fine print). Good location.

Easy to sign up, access unit and pay your bill. The place was clean too! We were glad to have this unit to rent while we were moving.
